批發要求及方法
為了保障服裝經銷商的利益,特制定以下批發細則:
批發要求:貨品首批 100 件起 (可不同款式).
批發方法 (運費由買方支付)
1)您可以將您訂購的貨號、顏色等信息填写在 A&B ORDER FORM 然后 E-MAIL 或 MSN給我們,我們會盡快為您擬定訂單,給您確認
2)當你下訂單後,我們會先替你檢查一下存貨,然後立刻連同運貨費及付款指引透過電郵給你發出發票
3)雙方確認定單後,款到配貨。
4)運費隨貨款一併支付

Min. Requirements & Procedures
Min. Requirement for Wholesale Order: 100 pcs for Initial order (applicable to different models)
1)You can email or MSN us the product code, colors which fill in our A&B TRADING ORDER FORM. We will process your order as soon as possible.
2) Once you have placed an order, we will check the stock for your order first and then you will be given an invoice with stock and payment information.

Q: 本人對你們的衣服很有興趣, 欲想知道相片和實物是否百分百相同?
A: 相片大致上跟實物是相同的。但因為微機顯示器和數碼相機拍攝原因,圖片和實物可能存在一定色差。
Q: 我想知道運費是多少?
A: 運費是按照重量以定的,如果你下了訂單,我們是會通知你訂單之金額及運費的。
Q: 請問圴碼是大人咩碼?
A: 圴碼大概是大人的 M 碼左右。
Q: 如果網上訂了貨,但其後缺貨怎麼辦?
A: 當你下訂單後,我們會先替你檢查一下存貨,然後立刻連同運貨費及付款指引透過電郵給你發出發票。款到配貨。當天或第二天內發貨。
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I am very interested in your products and would like to know if there are any differences between the pictures and the real objects.
A: For the foreign trade products, besides a little bit chromatic difference, the real objects are the same as the picture.
Q: Can I know the delivery fee before I place an order?
A: The delivery fee is calculated based on the weight of your ordered goods. Once you place an order, you will be given an invoice with the stock and delivery fee information.
Q: What does free size mean?
A: Free sizes are similar to adult M size.
Q: What if the products sold out after I order the products?
A: Once you place an order, you will be given an invoice with stock information about your ordered products.
售後服務
(一)以下情況我們將為您辦理退款:
1.發貨錯誤,所收到商品的尺碼、顏色、款號與所訂貨物不同(一旦發现貨錯誤必须在拿到货3天之内通知我们,如不是,我们不负责)
以上情況客戶可獲退款,由此而產生的往返運費买卖各方承擔50%。
(二)以下情況不屬於可換貨範圍:
1. 我們不接受因顧客主觀原因的換貨要求 (不接受以顏色不喜歡,色差(不同顯示屏,色彩會有所不同的);穿著不舒服,沒有想像中漂亮,太透明,太大或太小為理由退還)。
2.商品經拆標,洗滌,穿著過的商品;
3. 不可抗力導致的損壞;
After-sale Services
1. Applicable for refund:
1.1 Deliver wrong products: Products are different in colors and styles from what you ordered (You must inform us about any wrong product within 3 day from the time you get the stock .If not we are not responsible for that)
2. Not applicable for product returns:
2.1 We do not accept subjective reasons for returns: (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small...)
2.2 Products that are unpacked, washed and worn
2.3 Damage due to not able to be stretched.
